Compensation Package:
• Salary Range: BDT 15,000 – 25,000 (Negotiable Based on English Speaking Skills and Experiences)
• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)
• Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)
• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Description:
Offshore Staffing Solutions LTD (OSS) is currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Officers. As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the US to promote and sell our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US to promote and sell our products and services.
• Generate new sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Understand customer requirements by asking relevant questions and effectively closing sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive rapport with customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Work night shift hours (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) from our office location.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English is a must.
• High school diploma, O Level, A-Level, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) from our office location.
