Compensation Package:
• Salary Range: BDT 15,000 – 25,000 (Based on performance)

Job Overview:
Offshore Staffing Solutions LTD (OSS) is seeking diligent and professional individuals to join our team as Phone Operators. As a Phone Operator, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information to customers, and support various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Fluency in English is a must.
• High School Diploma, O-Level, A-Level, or Bachelor’s Degree
• Sales or Customer Service experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
