Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and talented Social Media Communicator to manage and enhance our brand’s presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, interacting with the audience, and ensuring a strong online reputation for our brand.

Qualifications:
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Prior experience in social media management or customer communication is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.


Responsibilities:
• Manage OSS’s official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create and publish engaging content such as posts, videos, and stories.
• Respond to messages, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media trends to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.
• Monitor social media insights and analytics to optimize performance.
