Compensation Package:
• Salary Range: BDT 18,000 – 25,000 (Based on performance)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Video Editor, whose primary responsibility will be to develop and produce video content.

Key Responsibilities:
Editing Footage: Utilize video editing software to assemble raw footage into a cohesive narrative, ensuring smooth transitions, pacing, and visual continuity.
Adding Effects and Enhancements: Enhance videos with visual effects, color correction, audio adjustments, and other enhancements to elevate the overall quality and impact of the content.
Storytelling: Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand the vision and objectives of each project, translating them into compelling visual stories.
Multi-Platform Adaptation: Adapt video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and streaming services, optimizing formats and aspect ratios for maximum engagement.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of edited content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, making necessary revisions as needed.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet production schedules.

Qualifications:
• You have advanced knowledge and command over Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop Familiarity with trending short-form content.
• Your knowledge of Final Cut Pro or Da Vinci Resolve will be a plus.
• You have industry-level experience in editorial organizational methods and media management.
• You have expert knowledge of 4k Workflow, Color Grading, and Green Screen compositing.
• If you have behind-the-camera experience, then it is a bonus (video and/or photography)
• You have the willingness to learn and develop Video Editing skills If you have knowledge and interest in the world of Trading and cryptocurrency, then it will be a plus.
• You have a competitive and proactive attitude.
• You have a good sense of humor that you incorporate into your work.

Experience:
Candidates with (1 –2) years of experience in the relevant field.
Freshers are also encouraged.
